However Former CM and TDP President Chandra Babu Naidu said he is Chandrababu Nayak during his padayatra at Sangareddy,Medak district in telangana region. Bouyed by the response he is getting in Telangana, Babu addressing tribals and girijans said he will be on their side and fight for their upliftment gaining name as Chandra Babu Nayak in their hearts. He alleged that Mega Star Chiranjeevi degraded politics in Andhra Pradesh by selling his party on wholesale. He said if everyone comes to his side, he will drive away Cong from the state.

Chandra Babu celebrated 50days completion of his padayatra. In the function, Lambada rights porata samithi state president Sanjeev Nayak and student leader Sankar Nayak gave a requisition letter with 25 demands. Naidu showered boons on them promising panchayat status to their region, free education for them till PG, Rs 50k for girl marriages. He said he will build hhouses with Rs1.5 lakhs after alloting plots to them. A physically handicapped person participated along with Babu in padayatra.
