Till recently TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu popularised his two eye policy saying Telangana and Samaikyandhra are his two eyes. However his detractors lashed out at him saying his both eyes turned blind and that was the reason why his party is getting routed election after election in both the regions losing even the deposits.
Now to the surprise of all TDP has Telangana and Samaikyandhra Brothers. Recently Natasimha Balakrishna who is on the verge of joining active politics in the sate, issued a statement that TDP is not opposed to the formation of Telangana State and the party will soon write a letter once again to the centre explaining its stand. His clarity in speech is unlike TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu.Many are surprised at Balakrishna’s recent statements because earlier he advocated his support for united anthra pradesh. Now people are left wondering the reason behind his sudden change of heart.Some even accused him of insulting his father NTR, who was a vocal supporter of United Andhra.
However his brother Harikrishna who is nursing insults meted out to him by Chandra Babu is a staunch supporter of Samaikyandhra. He many times in his media interactions vented out his feeling for the united state and vowed that till his last breath he will stand for United Andhra. Now it has to be seen where these two brothers will lead TDP to in the next assembly elections.
