It seems that TDP decides not to leave the power in any district of Andhra Pradesh. TDP bags 9 Zilla Parishads out of 13 districts in SA on its own in local body elections. But situation has been changed after the results of general elections announced. TDP is not satisfied with that. TDP is concentrating now on YSRCP four ZPs (Kurnool, Prakasam, Nellore and Kadapa). Except Kadapa, there was no huge gap between TDP and YSRCP in terms of ZPTCs.

TDP has already started its attempts to attract YSRCP ZPTCs in Kurnool, Kadapa and Prakasam districts. Kurnool YSRCP leaders are in queue to join in TDP. Now it wouldn’t much difficult for TDP to attract YSRCP ZPTCs in Nellore and Prakasam districts. There is huge gap in numbers between TDP (11) and YSRCP (39) in Kadapa district. If any party wants to win Chairman of the ZP certainly need 26 ZPTCs. It’s easy for YSRCP to bag Zilla Parishad Chairman in Kadapa on its own.

TDP leaders have preparing various strategies to attract YSRCP ZPTCs. TDP leaders have met in its MP candidate house Srinivas Reddy in this regard. As per buzz, TDP planned to attract more than 15 YSRCP ZPTCs into the party. Some leaders are confident to capture Kadapa too, but many of them felt not possible. Party leaders are collectively involved to conduct meetings in Badwel, Rayachoti and Rajampet Segments. All these attempts caused worrisome to YSRCP.
