Mahanth Raghavendra is the former boyfriend of Tapsee. His upcoming film is ‘Back Bench Student’ being directed by Madhura Sreedhar of ‘Sneha Geetam’ and ‘Its my love story’ fame. Madhura Sreedhar in a press meet, talking about his film, he said “Generally back bench students have best brains but this back bench student has best heart”. Pia Bajpayee of Rangam and Dalam fame is pairing with Mahanth Raghavendra while Archana Kavi is playing the second female lead in the film.
 

The cast of the film includes Sharath babu, Brahmanandam, Ali. MVK Reddy is producing the film under the banner ‘Shiridi Sai Combines’. Lakshmi Bhupal has penned the dialogues. Sunil Kashyap is scoring the Music. ‘Vodka with varma’ fame Sira sri along with Lakshmi Bhupal written the lyrics. G.K Prasad is handling the Camera.
