Whenever a film of Mahesh Babu is preparing for release then the others make sure that they don’t release their films anywhere near because they know the outcome. And soon, Mahesh will be coming up with his film ‘1-Nenokkadine’ which is locked for a release on January 10th, 2014.

But now it looks like someone has decided to challenge Mahesh and he happens to be a mega hero. He is none other than Sai Dharam Tej and according to reports, his long stuck film ‘Rey’ is finally seeing the ray of hope. Reports say the film is preparing for a release during Sankranthi.

It is three years since the film has been stuck and the director and producer for this is YVS Chowdary. Originally, the film was due for release during Dussehra but then it got postponed. Sai Dharam is to make his debut with this film and he has Shraddha Das and Saiyami Kher as the heroines. So, if Sankranthi is the release time then ‘Rey’ has less than a week’s gap with Mahesh’s film. Will it be strong enough to handle Mahesh if the film gets a positive talk? Before all that can be decided, some are also saying that unless the film actually releases during Sankranthi nothing is guaranteed.
