11, a Chinese programmer decided to spend $82,000 on 99 iPhone 6s that he arranged in the form of a heart to propose to his girlfriend. He had proposed her in the same way while many of the couple’s friends looked on but she apparently refused the boy’s offer. The Chinese programmer seems to have learnt a tough lesson in his life.
