After the snake gang incident near Pahadi Sharif created sensation, now another incident not far from Hyderabad is making news. In a shocking incident, a 21-year-old daily wage worker was reportedly gang-raped by five people at Medipally, near Uppal Depot on Tuesday .

The victim, joined by husband and brother-in-law had migrated to the city recently from Mahbubnagar in search of livelihood. In the early hours of Tuesday, sources say that a labour contractor, approached victim’s family and hired them for working at Bhongir along with four others. While Balaswamy and the other workers boarded an RTC bus, the woman along with her husband and brother-in-law had then boarded an auto near Uppal X Roads for travelling towards Bhongir at 1.30 am.

At Narapally , five people reportedly came in an auto intercepting the three-wheeler in which the victim was travelling and then they had forcibly disembarked three of them from and again forcibly took the victim along with her husband and brother-in-law to the forest area and raped in their presence.
