Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Minister Jana Reddy addressed a press conference on SC ruling on Panchayat raj elections surprised all with his tongue twisters.

He in his brief referring to Cong party winning majority of cooperative bodies said one shouldn’t be overtly happy with the results. Many felt since he was reminded of Telangana and if he takes credit for victory message will be loud and clear that T sentiment is waning  so he chose to attack Govt.
