Pawan’s bold remarks are one of its kind given that no other Seemandhra leader has dared to take on KCR directly except Y.S Rajasekhar Reddy and Lagadapati Rajagopal. For that matter, not even YSR’s son Jagan Reddy, who is claiming his father’s legacy, hasn’t dared to come down heavily on TRS chief who often belittled people of Seemandhra.
With this Gabbar Singh star turned out to be new Political leader with guts in Seemandhra. Pawan’s anger is more than justified and he represented the anguish of common man on either sides of Telangana and Seemandhra. A political expert opined, “Narendra Modi has great fan base in Telangana. Majority of OU students are hoping for change at Central government and want the nation to be developed by creating more employment opportunities. KCR often blaming Opposition leader Modi is not going well with Telangana students. Pawan’s scathing attack on KCR and his divisive, family politics is getting good reception. Naturally, Seemandhra people are quite happy to see a leader who boldly criticizing KCR. And Pawan became hero in Seemandhra.”
Pawan has smartly attacked KCR. He roped in Modi’s charisma and BC strategy to lash out at KCR. Pawan not just floored Telangana, Seemandhra people, he impressed both TDP and BJP top brass leaders who failed or rather afraid to jibe at KCR fearing that it may cause loss of votes in T. Had Jagan taken on KCR and TRS, he would have scored big. But contrary to it, there were strong reports that Jagan has good relation with KCR. Talk is that Jagan and KCR have hand-in-glove agreement. Whenever Jagan Reddy gets time, he often criticizes Chandra Babu and often talk about “Rajanna Rajyam”. His inexperience, immaturity is clearly visible. And his sister Sharmila too is no different. All these are working in favour of TDP-BJP-Jana Sena alliance in Seemandhra and may emerge as big winners.
