Jeevitha Rajasekhar couple hardly found political shelter in any political party. They were in news politically before 2009 elections after Chiru fans were chased and attacked on Panjagutta centre. After responding to the question “Chiru was no experience in politics, we can’t support him.” Rajashekar also added controversy in bagging “Tagore” rights. Cine couple became targeted to Chiru fans.
They were officially joined in Congress when YSR was lived then. At one time rumors spread that Congress could announced PCC Women wing President to Jeevitha in place of Ganga Bhavani. Sudden demise of YSR and PRP merger into Congress pushed the couple into troubles. After that they were backed on Jagan. Reportedly, Jagan was irritated with Hero Rajasekhar at the time “Jaladeeksha” in Vijayawada. People were interested to look at hero Rajashekar. Jagan told to the Rajashekar,”You better to continue in films. I’ll take care of sister (Jeevitha) political career.” That put ends to their relationship with Jagan.
After that they made trails to enter into TDP. CBN ask them to wait to join in TDP. Rajashekar film career almost comes to the end. Financially too their position is not encouraging. Court issued summons on cheque bounce case. Now Jeevitha Rajasekhar couple is looking towards BJP. Jeevitha has participated in BJP training classes. As per buzz, Jeevitha will join in BJP. Their political journey finally comes to an end by joining in BJP.
