We are hearing reports that Court has now cleared for the release of Naga Chaitanya’s long pending movie ‘Auto Nagar Surya’ for a release. A couple of days back a businessman from Guntur filed suit against the release of ANS as the producer failed to repay the loan of 2 crores taken from him.

TV Reports indicate that Court has given clearance for the release of ANS as withholding its release will push producer into further troubles. Also Court is heard asking the petitioner to solve his debt issue with producer without affecting the release of flick. This verdict is a big breather for ‘Auto Nagar Surya’ team who are waiting for the movie’s release on June 27th as proposed.

Auto Nagar Surya got Censored the other day and the Board allotted them U/A certificate with some cuts. However the producers and director Deva Katta opted for ‘A’ certificate without any cuts, say insiders. This flick features Chaitanya, Samantha, Saikumar, Nandu and others, while Anup Rubens scored the music.
