After lying in the cans for almost three years, Naga Chaitanya-Samantha starrer Auto Nagar Surya has been cleared by the regional Censor Board. The CBFC has awarded ‘A’ certificate for the film reportedly for the “violence” content in the film. However, unit members said that they’re happy as Censor Board didn’t impose any “cuts” neither to scenes nor to dialogues.
Tipped to be a story of skilled mechanic Surya (Naga Chaitanya) set in the backdrop of Auto Nagar in Vijayawada, the film shows Chaitu and his love-interest samantha in grey, mass shades respectively. Anoop Rubens has scored the music. If all goes well, the movie is expected to see the light of the day on June 27. The film is presently tangled in legal issues due to financial woes. Let’s hope the film would do well after waiting for three-long years.
