TDP Supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu paid a sudden, surprise visit to Baava Maridi- Hindupur MLA Balakrishna’s house in Jubilee Hills (Hyderabad) on Tuesday late evening and even did dinner there. It is reliably learnt that the duo discussed various significant political developments. The meeting gained much significance as TDP is going to announce top nominated posts like TTD Chairman.

Apparently, Balayya suggested Naidu to give preference to Sr NTR’s loyalists who have been working for the party even during tough times. At the same time, Mr Naidu and Balayya Babu talked about strengthening of party in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Sr leader Thummala’s resignation and Talasani Srinivas Yadav’s meeting with KCR and upcoming GHMC elections were also said to be part of duo’s meeting.

In the deliberations with Nandamuri scion, Naidu suggested him to play bigger role. What is that bigger role? Will Balayya be made TTD Chairman or will be given pivotal role within the party? Given that Balayya gently turned down to be part of Cabinet, will he now accept the new responsibility? It needs to be seen.
