TDP MLC and senior leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu has played the role of Opposition in Legislative Council today as he pointed fingers at Health Minister in his own government. Gali has put Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas in a tight spot by leveling allegations.

During the Question & Answers session, Gali has accused Health Ministry of doing a ‘scam’ in the health sector. Stating that all the diagnosis tests in government hospitals in AP were handed over to a private firm MEDALL, Gali stated that the Health Ministry is not taking any action even as several people in Chittoor district are dying from Dengue, contagious diseases. He alleged that people from Chittoor are going to Bangalore, Chennai for treatment.

Gali didn’t stop. Gali even questioned that why the Chittoor District Medical & Health Officer was not changed for the past nine years.

Kamineni has shot back at Gali. He questioned back Gali that why didn’t he raise the questions the previous day when the topic is being discussed. Kamineni has also stated that Gali’s questions are irrelevant to the questions posed by the other members. This led to the war of words between Kamineni and Gali in the council.
