But people like Shahrukh Khan in Bollywood, and Nagarjuna in Tollywood are standing as examples as how a hero should maintain his body even after nearing 50s. And here comes another hero falling in the same groove.

A look at today’s release ‘Jai Hind 2’ wondered what that rigorous work regime hero Arjun goes through is. Not just he is a hero and director, but he has done well with martial arts in action sequences. A hero who has touched 52 years of age is still giving tough competition to guys 20s for sure. Arjun has a pretty interesting explanation for this.

“Who said I’m 52? I’m a 26 year old guy with 25 years of experience. To woo fans and sizzle on screen, we should follow anything even if it is harder”, says Arjun. Maybe if we feel young at heart, then we could easily attain these 6 packs and 8 packs like in young age. That’s a superb secret untold.
