T-Decision: Sonia Before Media @ 7 pm

Congress working committee has passed a resolution giving full powers to Sonia Gandhi to take a final decision on issue of Telangana. The Committee has made it clear that whatever deicision Sonia favours, the whole of Congress is ready to abide by it.

To confirm the stand of Congress party and to give an official announcement about the separate Telangana state, arrangements are being made for a special AICC press meet with media where none other than Sonia Gandhi will be presiding. As usual key leaders of Congress party have met at Sonia’s residence to finalize the issue. The 22 member working committee will be coming a decision, if it is pro-Telangana, then there almost 10 phases to the decision to turn into a bill in Parliament.

None of the Seemandhra ministers, MPs or MLAs are right now available for a comment over the happenings. MP Lagadapati Rajagopal already confirmed the he is ready to quit politics if at all Congress divides Andhra Pradesh. Few other Seemandhra leaders like Ghanta Srinivasa Rao, TG Venkatesh, Pallam Raju, Panabaka Lakshmi and other have expressed their displeasure over the reports and are waiting for official announcement to decide their course of action.
