A barber shop owner named Ramesh Babu has started his car-rental business in 2004 with a Maruti Omni Van and has managed to add around 250 luxury cars like BMWs, Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Bentley and Rolls Royce since then. But the most surprising element of his success story is the commitment with which he still runs his original business of a hair cutting saloon in Bangalore.

Basically from Anantapur, Ramesh Babu started renting out his cars to small firms and clients in Bangalore. After sensing a good opportunity for luxury rental cars, he shifted the gears and bought a Mercedes E Class vehicle to meet the demand.

Within no time, he has become a leading businessman in Bangalore with almost every brand in his courtyard. Celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai and Amitabh Bachachan have been driven around in his cars whenever they visit Bangalore.

Not to loose his touch with the roots, Ramesh Babu visits his barber shop named Inner Space every evening and works there for some time. He has a loyal client base even today and he wants his children to learn the same art as well. Though they are too young to take the teaching, Ramesh Babu is trying his best to make them knowledgeable.
