A latest buzz from the Kollywood says Sridevi is given a nod play mother role in an upcoming Tamil film. Getting into the details, it was announced a few days back that music composer turned actor GV Prakash is doing his second film as hero.
He will be playing a main lead in the film titled ‘Trisha Illana Nayanthara’ and this film is directed by debutant Aadhik Ravichandran. Now the latest news coming in says that the makers of this film have roped veteran director Bharathi Raja and actress Sridevi to play as parents to GV Prakash in this film.
To remind the viewers, Sridevi has acted as the heroine in Bharathiraja’s directorial film 16 Vayadhinile which was a blockbuster hit in Tamil and later was remade into Telugu as Padaharella Vayasu in Raghavendra Rao’s direction, which again a was a blockbuster. Now both are coming together to act as parents to GV Prakash. On the other hand, Pencil film is nearing completion where Sri Divya is planning love interest of GV Prakash.
