Small respite for beleaguered YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as the CBI Court in Nampally has adjourned the trial till August 11, 2014. Jagan is charged in high-profile cases like disproportionate assets (DA) and alleged involvement in illegal mining of Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC). Taking up the case today for hearing, Nampally court has taken into the arguments of defense and prosecution into account and postponed it to 11th of next month.
YS Jagan personally attended the case hearing today along with his close-aide, other accused Vijaya Sai Reddy. Industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad and former ministers Dharmana Prasad Rao, Mopidevi Venkataramana, Sabitha Indra Reddy were also present at the court. Although Jagan has got small relief, legal experts predict more trouble ahead for him. Let’s wait and see.
