It is known news that the two popular news channels TV9 and ABN-Andhrajyothy are not being telecast in Telangana state and the open talk is that the KCR led government has stopped it. Adding more strength to that talk, KCR gave an open statement that any media channel which goes against Telangana will be decimated and if media has to survive in the state, they have to salute Telangana.

While the reactions towards this have been quite strong, the TDP leader Revanth Reddy gave another angle to it. Sharing his thoughts with the media, Revanth mentioned that there is a business perspective of KCR. He revealed that today Andhra Jyothy newspaper is leading in Telangana in print media and TV9, ABN channels are leading in electronic media.

Revanth added that KCR has got his own channel T-News and newspaper Namaste Telangana which need prosperity and growth. So, his theory is that KCR wants to see the end of these media entities and ensure his business ventures grow. Wonder what KCR has to say to Revanth’s theory.
