Telengana Government will take up effective steps with more incentives to bring back real estate boom which had slumped since last one year. Minister for IT KT Rama Rao said government was in talks with CREDAI and APRED to formulate a industry and common man policy for housing and urban infrastructure in the state and also promote satellite towns at educational commerce towns like Warangal, Karimnagar and Adilabad in the state.

‘We also aim to make Hyderabad as a hub for IT and hardware destination of global investors’ KTR said and added that a single window clearance for real estate will also come into effect soon.
