Union Railway Minister Sadananda Gowda vowed to complete the pending railway projects in new state of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana. Sadananda said a special committee will be constituted to look after the works of all the pending projects and complete them within stipulated time.
According to reports, there are 29 pending railway projects in AP and Telangana and they alone would cost a bomb i.e Rs 20,680 Crore to Centre. Sadananda pledged to allot the money and complete all the projects. Looks like Centre buckled to Chandra Babu-led TDP’s pressure.
