The political fight of the Tollywood brothers have created a special interest in people. A day after Union minister Chiranjeevi went in Chikkabalapur in Karnataka to campaign for the Congress, his sibling and actor Pawan Kalyan has gone to the neighbouring state to campaign for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Chiranjeevi conducted roadshows and addressed a public meeting in Chikkabalapur asking votes for Union minister and Congress candidate M Veerappa Moily.
At the same time, Pawan is scheduled to go to Karnataka and visit Shidlaghatta and BB Road, which come under Chikkabalapur parliamentary constituency. Apart from visiting the places where his older brother had campaigned for the Congress a day earlier, Pawan is also scheduled to campaign in the Kolar, Gulbarga and Raichur LS constituencies. In his roadshows, Chiranjeevi addressed the gatherings in Telugu and told them that they should vote for the Congress for all-round development.
Pawan launched his Jana Sena party and hit out at the Congress a few weeks ago, Chiranjeevi has been telling that whosoever criticise the Congress, including his brother, are his enemies. Pawan Kalyan’s campaigning for the BJP in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka was finalised in a meeting when state BJP president G Kishan Reddy called Pawan Kalyan. While Tuesday was fixed as the day for campaigning in Karnataka, the dates for Pawan to campaign in Telangana and Seemandhra are yet to be finalised.
