After taking huge time gap, Central Investigating Agency CBI has filed another Charge-sheet in Jagan Disproportion of Assets case. It filed 11th charge sheet today in CBI court making allegations on Indu Housing Projects and included 14 persons in the accused list. There is no change in first and second names of the accused even in latest charge sheet.

Late YSR government allotted 4 Housing Projects to Indu Constructions in Kukatpally, Nagole,Gachhibowli and Nandhyala. CBI confirmed that corruption allegations took place in land allotments. Indu Shyam Prasad Reddy invest 70 crores in Jagan Companies for assigning lands in cheaper rates to Indu constructions. CBI termed it as quid-pro-quo between Indu and Jagan Companies. CBI made allegations that Indu violates agreement with APHB. YV Subba Reddy name was appeared in accused list in the charge sheet.

He is elected to the Parliament from Ongole and close relative to YS Jagan. First time YV name included in CBI charge sheet. CBI court has postponed the case to August 23rd. It seems that Jagan case back to on rails. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also requested the Supreme Court to speed up the enquiry on elected representatives.
