Jackpot CM and Cricketer has CM Kiran Kumar Reddy’s has lost support of his MLAs and Ministers who were with him till he resigned from Cong, MLA and CM post last week . ‘Almost every MLA , MLC and MP cum ministers are no where visible in CM’s house since two days ‘ said a shocked aide of Kiran.
While only six MPs who were expelled from the Congress and three ministers – K Parthasarathy, Pithani Satyanarayana and S Sailajanath attended the meeting convened by Kiran at a private guest house ( five storey building owned by Kirans brother Santosh Reddy in Madhapur ).
Only seven MLAs and four MLCs attended his preparatory meeting for the party on Monday. Among those who went to Kiran’s meeting were: Routhu Suryaprakash Rao, Vanga Geetha, Gade Venkat Reddy, J C Diwakar Reddy, Korla Bharati, Anji Babu and Pantham Gandhi, besides MLCs Reddappa Reddy, Lakshmi Siva Kumari, Paladugu Venkat Rao and Indira.
Indications are that all of them might not stay back with Kiran till the last moment, when he actually launches the party. They are also unhappy and likely to ditch him in the last minute. Kiran who expected that at least 40 MLAs would back him is now spell bound .
He phoned up some MLAs but was told that they will come only after Shivaratri to Hyderabad and were busy celebrating the festival with family and friends .It appears that Kiran could become alone at his home after the bifurcation process was completed .
