Nayantara who recent started her second innings had made a shocking decision. She had refused a Bollywood offer and that too beside Shah Rukh Khan. Going in to the details, She was approached by ‘Chennai Express’ director Rohit Shetty to perform an item song in the film opposite SRK. But Nayanathara politely refused, stating that she is not interested in such item song appearances for now. Apparently, Nayanathara did not want her Bollywood debut to be made with an item song.

Nayantara is having a successful second innings in Tamil. And in Telugu, the actress was recently seen beside Rana in Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum. She will be seen in Akkineni Nagarjuna’s ‘Greeku Veerudu’ this summer.
