Close on the heels that Nara Lokesh, the scion of Chandrababu Naidu, would soon be inducted into AP cabinet, the latest news to take political fraternity by storm is the political debut of Nara Brahmani, daughter of actor-politician Balakrishna and granddaughter of legendary NTR.

As per the insiders, it’s heard that Naidu is toying with the idea of roping in Nara Brahmani into political arena and contemplating to pit her for Lok Sabha either from Hindupur Lok Sabha constituency where TDP has strong foothold or from Guntur Lok Sabha constituency. Considering Brahmani’s strong academic background and her administrative charm (proved her mettle as Executive Director at Heritage Foods), Naidu wants to zero in on Brahmini.

For starters, Brahmani is very well read and well behaved. Brahmani, who is a graduate with major in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University, California, stood topper in the class with the highest GPA. She managed to get admission for MBA in all the top premier universities including Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg and Stanford. However, she chose Stanford where she did her MBA.

Naidu observed that Brahmani has same poise and elan of NTR. While he set to bring Lokesh on board for state politics, he is likely to launch Brahmani to national politics. It’s learnt that TDP party leaders too are in favour of Nara bahu to dabble in politics.

Political analysts see the move to bring in Brahmani as Naidu’s tactic which could earn more brownies for the party in 2019 polls. This is aimed to put a checkmate to Opposition YSRCP and forthcoming Jana Sena and BJP as well.
