Akkineni Nagarjuna who is very successful as the host of ‘Meela Evaru Koteeswarudu’ claims the game show helped to better himself and it has given him a satisfaction on par with classics ‘Annamayya’ and ‘Manam’. “Usually, We (Industry folks) feel very sad when our films fail. Few people even don’t step out of their houses for months. After hearing the problems of the participants and comparing them with mine, I feel the issues I face were nothing before them,” he told.
Is this a satire on Mahesh Babu who once claimed he don’t feel like talking to anyone and doesn’t come out after a failure? May be, Nag didn’t want to target anyone here!
When asked if he can answer all the 15 questions when shifted to the role of a participant, Our Tollywood King humbly admits he can’t win the Rs 1 crore prize money as he has got very little knowledge about the outside World.
Interestingly, Nagarjuna expressed his wish to host the second season of ‘Meela Evaru Koteeswarudu’ as well. “I would have felt very bad if some other hero grabbed this golden opportunity, instead of me. The 45 Episodes in the First Season is nearing completion and I will surely have the feeling of missing something after it! So, I am looking forward to host 2nd Season as well,” he shares.
