The very well-known Guinness Book of World Records has been requested to recognize the recently elected Prime Minster of India, Narendra Modi’s efforts in holding 1,800 nonstop political rallies across the country during the election season. This news has been confirmed by Parthasarthy Sharma, secretary of world records holders’ organization (WRHS). He wrote to the Limca Book of Records and World Records Academy, US, apart from the Guinness Records Committee about the Prime Minister’s record. He strongly believes that Modi is set for another record and said that Modi is the only leader who has organized the highest number of rallies by a politician in the world.
While Sharma is in the process of sending further details requested to evaluate the said record for Guinness records, the political party BJP mentioned that Modi had addressed over 5000 rallies, but WRHS has only 1800 rallies recorded. Let’s wait to find out if Modi will break into the Guinness records too.
