CBI officials  and counsels  at the CBI court  said  there was no  need to mention them in every case as  the cumulative impact of three charge sheets earlier  filed will have reflection on all the cases running  in the court. Legal experts say that though every one come under the impact of the  PC (Prevention of Corruption ) Act ,  except YS  Jaganmohan Reddy , none of them could be direrctly tried  for corruption .They only become abettors and  could be let off with minor sentences, analysts  say.

According to CBI  advocates   there is  scope for  two or three more  charge sheets  but  they will not oppose  the bail of Jagan .’We  have  documented  all evidences and there is no more investigation due , except on the money laundering under  PMLA act which is pending with the reply  from overseas police  on our Letter Rogatory ‘ said a senior  CBI counsel.
