The latest opinion poll by NDTV-Hansa Research, revealed on April 14, 2014, predict a clear TDP wave in residuary state of Andhra Pradesh. Beleaguered YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will be limited to second place, going by the fresh survey. And as expected, BJP-lead NDA is going to form government at Centre with full majority thrashing incumbent Congress. The survey predicts that TDP-BJP coalition will bag 15 Lok Sabha seats out of total 25 seats whereas YSR Congress is going to confine with 9 Lok Sabha seats. Interestingly, the survey says that incumbent Congress will get one Parliament seat. However, it seems far from reality as anti-Congress wave across Seemandhra is pretty much visible. And the case is no different in Assembly polls. We hear that there would be significant changes in numbers in favour of TDP in days to come which may confine Jagan Reddy to opposition.
In Telangana, TRS has an edge as opinion poll says TRS is going to bag 8 Lok Sabha seats while Congress will be limited to 5 Lok Sabha seats. TDP-BJP alliance will win 3 Lok Sabha seats and Others would get 1 seat.
Survey opines that BJP-TDP alliance pays off and going to play significant role in formation of Government at Centre. According to the Opinion Poll, NDA (BJP and its allies) will pocket more than 272 seats (BJP-226 and 49 for its partners) which is enough to form government. This is going to be NDA’s (BJP’s) best ever performance in polls. At the same time, Survey says that Congress, UPA are at receiving end and going to showcase its worst ever performance. UPA will get just 111 seats and out of them Congress would win 92 seats.
