Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday in New Delhi for around 30 minutes where the duo discussed on several issues. 20 issues ranging from power to setting up of educational institutions were said to be discussed in this high-profile meet. KCR was accompanied by TRS MPs.
KCR has apparently explained the PM about Intensive Household Survey conducted by Telangana State government a fortnight ago. KCR informed PM over the Survey and its benefits. There are 1.2 crore ration cards while the households are just around 80 lakh which was cited as reason behind Intensive Survey. They apparently told PM that there was no other intention behind the survey.
