Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao announced help to neighboring Telugu speaking state of Andhra Pradesh which was affected with Cyclone named as Hudhud. He assured that the Telangana will help the AP Government. KCR has instructed the Chief Secretary of Telangana Rajiv Sharma to communicate with the AP Government over the type of help required from the state.
