TRS Chief and Chief Minister-designate K Chandrasekhar Rao ruled out the chances of functioning from the current camp office in Begumpet where the past 3 Congress chief ministers have worked due to ‘Vaastu’ scare. Instead, KCR preferred two adjourning bungalows in the Ministers quarters at Kundanbagh as his Camp Office upon seeking the opinion of the Vaastu experts.
Apparently, Three Congress chief ministers who ruled the state in past 5 years has had abrupt ending. While YSR died in a chopper crash soon after he took charge as CM for second term, Rosaiah left the CM Chair within no time because of age factor and Kiran Kumar Reddy who was treated as a hero at one point finally ended up as zero. Hence, KCR was skeptical right from the beginning to use the Begumpet camp office and hence seeked the opinion of experts.
The Ministers Quarters at Kundanbagh consists of 10 Bungalows which were occupied by four High Court Judges, Five Bureaucrats and One Former Minister. KCR choose two Bungalows (Quarters No. 3 & 4) which were built two decades ago and have spread across 6,000 sq ft as his camp office. Two senior IAS & IPS Officers and One Former Minister has been already asked to vacate the bungalows at Kundanbagh.
