Leader of the Opposition in Telangana Legislative Council D Srinivas on Friday objected to referring of K Chandrashekar Rao by Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy as “Ma CM” (our CM)”. During the discussion on terror activities in the Council in Question Hour, the Home Minster often referred to KCR as “Ma CM Garu”.
Objecting to this, Srinivas advised Narasimha Reddy to call KCR as “Mana CM” and not “Ma CM”. He said that the Chief Minister cannot be confined to any one party, but he represents everyone in the State and therefore, KCR should be referred to as “Mana CM”. Making another intervention, Srinivas asked the Home Minister not to related incidents to Congress or TRS Government. “
Democracy is a continuous process. Now you are in government. Therefore, Narasimha Reddy should started realising he is the Home Minister and there is no other government in the State other than the one being run by TRS,” he said.
