Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has assured a high level USA delegation about his Government to come up with a Zero Corruption Industrial Policy shortly to propagate the same policy all over the world. He also requested the delegation to add Hyderabad in US President Barack Obama’s visit to India.
Arun M Kumar, Director General of the USA and Foreign Commercial Service and Assistant Secretary for Global Markets US Department of Commerce met the Chief Minister in the State Secretariat.
“Three lakh acres of land for Industrial use would be made available to prospective Industrialists with excellent infrastructure facility on these lands. Telangana will be the best state for investment with industrialists to clear their formalities within two weeks on a single window system. Hyderabad, seismically a safe zone is the best place for investment.
I also request Michael Mullins, US Consulate General to enhance the beauty of Hyderabad by constructing an excellent building which should be number one among Consulate offices in India and necessary permissions will be accorded immediately.
I also request the delegation to include Hyderabad in the schedule of US President Obama as and when he visits India,” KCR said.
Information Technology and Panchayat Raj Minister KT Rama Rao, Chief Secretary Dr Rajiv Sharma, Principal Secretary S Narsing Rao and Advisor to Govt. KV Ramana Chary were also present in the meeting.
