If you were to draw a link between K Chandrasekhar Rao and the term Chief Minister you would say he is the first CM for Telangana state. But there is also another slot that KCR has occupied in another section. Well, he has become the 19th CM in line demanding power for his state and that too for 24 hours nonstop.
It is known that the state of Andhra Pradesh has been given the boon of having 24 hours power supply by the Centre. On the other side, the Telangana state is going through dire straits trying to supply proper power and the situation is going to get worse as summer season approaches.
But according to sources, Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal has reportedly revealed KCR was the 19th Chief minister to meet him requesting for 24 hour power supply project. Well, given his standing and the somewhat rusty relations with the Center, the people of Telangana might just have to pray for at least 10 to 15 hours power supply leave alone a 24 hour power supply.
