Actress Kajal Agarwal is a foodie though she is still managing to keep herself fit. What is the fitness mantra of the starlet? She reveals, “I was never into sports in school. But I enjoyed the march past. In college, I became pro fitness. I started doing aerobics. When I was 18, I joined the gym. Ever since, fitness has been an important part of my life. In between I was introduced to yoga. Today, I’m obsessive about it. It’s the best way to stay fit and healthy.  I do yoga thrice a week and balance it with weight training thrice a week. When I’m traveling, I carry a yoga mat so that I can do my suryanamaskars wherever I am. I can do more than 150 suryanamaskars at one go. Or else I go for a half an hour run.”

 Kajal is very much concerned about health. She even turned vegetarian for health reasons. Her favorite egg whites have been replaced with soya. The Punjabi girl also loves her grandma cooked parathas, rajma and chhole bature but she has to stick to fruit and oats instead. “It’s a challenge to kill my desires. But I treat myself sometimes. I have two binging days in a month where I eat all I crave – be it a pizza or paneer makhani.”
