It is a known fact that the Telugu Desam Party is an ally of ruling BJP and part of NDA and hence one can expect TDP’s silence regarding some of the disappointments in Railway and Financial budgets.
However, compared to railway, there is some reason to cheer for AP’s projects given in yesterday’s budget. But at the same time even YSRCP has not welcomed BJP’s budget, but called for more to be done.
This is the same reaction as that of TDP. There have been rumors of Jagan reaching an understanding with BJP before polls that in case TDP fails, then he is ready. However, the fact that Jagan travels frequently to Delhi and meets BJP leaders is puzzling his party leaders.
Minorities are reportedly very angry with Jagan while his party says they are an ideal opposition party that pats the central government but will not criticize anyone unnecessarily. No one is able to understand this strategy because if Jagan supports BJP then tomorrow if Centre doesn’t provide anything to state, then he cannot blame to TDP.
