Opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has set a deadline to his arch rival-Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu on the issue of crop loan waiver. Alleging that Naidu has “cheated people” and became CM of the State, he said YSR Congress will intensify the protests if state government don’t waive farm loans within one month.
Jagan Reddy said YSRCP will sit up for relay hunger strikes and protests across the states. Jagan threatened to do agitation along with farmers in Andhra Pradesh on the issue. He said it is not “great” to reschedule the loans which recently RBI approved. Claiming that he is questioining on behalf of farmers, Jagan said, “You (Chandra Babu Naidu) have cheated farmers, people on farm loan waiver. Should we put a 420 case or 840 case against you?”
