Legendary Telugu Actor and Most Popular Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’s life story is being made as a film. The movie is titled ‘Mahaganudu’ and is being made for a good cause. The makers of the film are making the film at their own expense and will donate the collections of the film for the development of state capital to the New Andhra Pradesh.
D.Kumar Rajendra will be directing the film while it will be jointly produced by Anil Sudhakar, N.B. Chowdhary and Krishna Rao. The makers claim themselves as big fans of the actor cum politician. The actor who will play the role of the Legend is yet to be revealed. Also the makers have made an indepth study in to the life of NTR. However they will be avoiding the controversies in the later part of NTR’s life. “We want the film to be an inspiration of current day youth. We have decided to stay away from controversies and prejudices.
We are making the film out of true love and for a genuine cause. So, we do not want any negative publicity for the movie”, the director said. It is said the official announcement of the film and its cast will be done in this month itself. The movie makers are planning to approach Nandamuri family with their idea and ask for their cooperation in promoting the film. They reportedly already met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister designate Nara Chandra Babu Naidu. The later gave them his best wishes.
