This is in connection with a petition filed by Emral Projects MD Mohammad who accused that producers of the movie have not cleared the 2 crores debt owed to him.
According to Mohammad, producers of Naga Chaitanya’s movie have taken 2 crores loan from him but failed to repay it. At the same time they have failed to give him distribution rights too with which he could have recovered the loan.
Disappointed by the moves of makers to release ANS on June 27th without even informing him, this Guntur based businessman has now approached court.
Earlier makers of ANS have promised four release dates but failed to live up to them. Now that they have finally come up with an ‘immovable’ release date, this Court order has become a road block. Let us see what happens.
