‘We don’t know how much revenue we will get this year and how much we can spend, says AP CM Chandrababu Naidu throwing light on how the bifurcation process has hit the resources, finances and also future of the people of Andhra Pradesh.
Addressing the MLAs training classes held at Hotel Kakatiya TDP chief said in the present circumstances, it is the duty of the MLAs to enlighten the people about the ground realities and prepare them for the consequences of the bifurcation of the state which has been on very illogical and unjustifiable grounds.
He said people don’t trust the elected representatives after they listen and see to what all is happening in the assembly on TV channels. The MLAs have to regain the confidence of the people and mentally prepare them for the worst or the best and empower the people with knowledge of how they have lost everything in the bifurcation process. ‘So much so that we can not ensure even tuition free reimbursement to our students in Hyderabad, that is the ground reality today’ he lamented.
