Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao who is taking refuge citing high moral ground enacting resignation drama after he was named in the FIR by CBI in VANPIC case, yesterday dared CBI to prove the charges against him. Dharmana very well knows that his resignation won’t be accepted and the Govt will not give green signal to CBI to proceed with the investigation against him. So while addressing a huge meeting at his constituency in Srikakulam, yesterday he dared the investigating authority CBI to prove charges against him.

Dharmana even chose to take classes for CBI saying that CBI framed charges against him on account of some baseless allegations. He even said that what ever decisions he has taken or GOs he signed were all part of collective decision and so he alone can not be made responsible for any irregularities. It seems Dharmana decided to take all along with him in case of any serious eventuality. While Dharmana dared CBI early yesterday morning, CBI seems to have accepted the challenge and much to the shock of Dharmana, they asked him to appear before CBI court on 25th of this month. Nampally Court issued summons to Dharmana to this effect. Now it has to be seen whether Dharmana will be arrested the same day or not.
