YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy recently ridiculed Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu over the issue of new capital where he added that he doesn’t approve of capital coming up between Guntur-Vijayawada. His leaders from the Krishna belt are already upset with this saying this is enough to wipe off YSRCP in future from these districts which already affected the party’s performance in recent elections.
At the same time, Jagan’s party leaders from Rayalaseema are pressurizing him to lobby for any site in Seema as capital, especially Kurnool and since this region is favorable for the party, they feel it can be a plus. Now his leaders are reportedly worried whether Jagan can take any stand on capital or whether he would just criticize Chandrababu though he himself lacks clarity. Can Jagan take a moral stand to demand capital in Seema, this is their dilemma!
