Did the PCC chief Botsa meet TRS chief KCR secretly at a five star hotel in Delhi. Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal says that Botsa had met KCR at a hotel in Delhi to negotiate congress votes for K Keshav Rao, the TRS candidate. ‘Botsa also got high command ( Ahmed Patel ) to phone up YSRC president Jagan to give YSRC votes for K K and Congress in view of rebel trouble’, sources said quoting Lagadapati.
