The Telugu Desam Party has overpowered Jagan in Seemandhra and has raised its flag. Its boss Chandrababu Naidu has already expressed confidence that they will do the same even in Telangana by the time 2019 elections arrive.
Maybe to show a symbol of their strength, the Mahanadu was conducted in Hyderabad with grandeur and pomp. Many senior leaders, party workers of TDP took part and thanked one and all for their hardwork in ensuring the party’s victory.
But there was one big turning point, that is Nara Lokesh. After being behind the screen for almost two years, Lokesh took the charge and opened the proceedings with his speech. He has improved a lot in his oratory skills and is showing confidence in his vision.
It is looking evident that Naidu is grooming Lokesh to be the right successor to the TDP after him. In a way, it is a good sign because this state needs young and educated leaders who can think growth and development. From now on, Lokesh might get into the frontline and take the party forward.
