Post bifurcation, many drastic changes are being observed especially in the government establishments. One such department is the tourist department and a competition of sorts has emerged between both Telugu states. Many hoardings are being seen in city promoting Telangana tourism. Noted places like Kunthala falls in Adilabad, the Warangal Ramappa temple and 1000 pillars temple, the toys of Nirmal are being publicized to the maximum.

The Telangana State government has begun focusing on the tourist spots in Telangana region and working towards it. Similarly there is a need for the AP tourism to focus strongly. All this is being done on a competitive level so tourism will develop. Some time back, gossips came that Chiranjeevi or Mahesh Babu will become brand ambassadors for tourism in both states. For Gujarat, Amitabh Bachchan has been doing but he is a national icon.

So, if the tourism has to grow in our states, one more national icon should come and do that. Inside news is that Chandrababu Naidu would be bringing in a national icon and do stuff like how Modi did it through Amitabh.
