The actor had been searching a suitable house from few days and finally he got a rented house in Hindupur .Balayya send his open invitation to the TDP leaders and fans on new house warming function on May 02nd 7.15 a.m. Balayya is also planning to buy a house in the constituency provided he wins in the election.

Even though he is not available, people have to address their issues to his Secretary who always remain in Hindupur. A win in Hindupur is said to be cake walk for Balakrishna and few of his fans are forcing him to take charge as CM if TDP wins in the election. Nevertheless, Balakrishna who is just entering into direct politics is in dilemma about next step.
