Nandamuri Balakrishna’s political entry is one of the most talked about events over the years. From the last one year, there are several rumours about his political plans and the constituency he is going to contest from. However it is told that the actor is not going to contest in 2014.
Reports say that the actor wanted to contest as an MLA and stay active in state politics. But TDP Supremo Chandra Babu Naidu wants him to contest for MP. Chandra Babu do not want to confuse cadre with two power centers especially at the time TDP is facing the biggest challenge of its life. Also it is said that Chandra Babu wants his daughter-in-law, Brahmini to campaign for the party but Balayya is totally against deploying ladies on roads for politics.
It is said this is also a tussle between Balayya and CBN. The duo reportedly are staying aloof from each other from the last one or two months. Chandra Babu do not want NTR or Balakrishna to campaign for party this time. Unless some thing drastic happens, Balayya will not be contesting in 2014 reliable sources say.
